ABOUT ME

I'm a qualified Pilates teacher with the Body Control Pilates Association (BCP), and I've been teaching Pilates since 2009.

After spending 15 years working in an office environment in London, I understand first-hand the impact that sitting for long periods and a busy lifestyle can have on the body. Pilates became a passion of mine because of the positive difference it can make — helping us to move more freely, build strength and improve the way we feel in our everyday lives.

Over the years I have continued to develop my knowledge and experience through specialist training in bone health, older persons, resistance bands, small balls, antenatal and postnatal Pilates, and foam roller work. This allows me to adapt exercises to suit different ages, abilities and stages of life.

I now run a small, friendly Pilates studio in Witnesham, where I enjoy creating a welcoming environment and giving people the attention and encouragement they need. I believe Pilates should be accessible, enjoyable and something that you can take with you beyond the studio.

What I love most about teaching is seeing the difference Pilates can make to people — whether that's becoming stronger and more confident, improving mobility, feeling better after years of desk-based work, or simply finding some time for yourself.

I particularly love the sense of community that comes with group classes. There's something really special about bringing people together, watching everyone support and encourage each other, and celebrating each other's progress. I want my studio to be a place where you feel welcomed, comfortable and part of the group — not just somewhere you come to exercise.

My aim is to help you understand your body, move with greater confidence and enjoy the many benefits that Pilates can bring.

I look forward to welcoming you to the studio.
